We divide a square canvas in two. In one section we draw and paint deliberately our negative feelings for half an hour, releasing all negative attachments. Secondly, we paint and draw on the other section of the canvas. In this way, we symbolically full filling the cleaned empty space with positive memories, thoughts, and feelings. It is a great activity to shift the energy we may feel about nothing or someone.
