Art is a powerful tool; as therapy and communication.
I am a 68 year old artist who was diagnosed with colon cancer in 1992. I had a metastasis in the liver in 1997 and a reoccurrence in 2000.
Since then I have been cancer free.
For the past year I have worked on a series of paintings about Confronting Cancer through Art. You can share my journey or write your own on my website: confrontingcancerthroughart.com
I would enjoy hearing from you.

I would love to get involved teaching Art therapy ,
I have taught many people Fine Arts Sculpting many of whome did not even realise they have hidden talents,
Most people think because they cannot draw or paint they cannot sculpt ,this is really not thee case.
I have over twenty years experience in fine arts from concept sculpture to molding casting a fine art painting.
I am also a cancer patient who would dearly love to help others.
If anyone could point me in the right direction as in how to get started please drop me a line.
Sincerly,
David.
